Why couldn't there be some super secret ending where EVERYONE LIVED HAPPILY EVER FUCKING AFTER?!
Just imagine that perfect reality where Clem wasn't kidnapped, Lee wasn't bitten and Vernon didn't try to steal the boat. Just imagine that for a moment. They'd be out on the sea, finally safe and happy. Clem would still be a bit worried about her parents, and Lee would try to comfort her while dealing with a drunk Kenny (Because honestly, once they're out on sea Kenny will do nothing but drive the boat and drink) Ben would be all nervous around Kenny but they'd slowly rebuild their friendship and Christa and Omid remain a happy couple.
Of course they just tear out our hearts and rip this away.
I'm never going to be over this.

DAMN YOU, CAMPMAN. YOU JUST HAD TO STEAL CLEMENTINE!!!! Because of you, Lee got bitten, Kenny got separated from everyone for over a a year and a half, Ben got a spike driven through his chest, and CLEMENTINE IS STILL SUFFERING IN THE NEW WORLD.
